If you don’t know a single thing about Gorillaz, you probably wont like this Most singers and bands nowadays always seem to focus on appearances rather than putting out good music. This book was sooooooo goooooood. Gorillaz have always been as much about the visuals as they are about the music, lgre the autobiography will be a feast for the eyes. Included will be their emailing with their motley crew of boook, from Ike Turner to Sean Ryder, and accounts of the gigs, the movie for the first timethe videos and the website – including the low down on Kong Studios, their legendary HQ.

The illustrations are glorious and the text covers everything from each of the members’ roots, to the recurrence of the number Amazon Advertising Find, attract, and engage customers. Why did I read it twice? As a gorillaz fan I think other fans would highly enjoy this novel, as there is much backstory in this book.

The book blends fact and fiction throughout, interspersing commentary from the band members with actual quotes from their creators, collaborators and critics. I love absolutely everything about the creation of this band.

Whether you’re a long time fan of Gorillaz or just having discovered them, this is a excellent book to read if you’re willing to know about about the character’s backstories, the interpretation of the songs, and the creative godillaz of how the Gorillaz came around.
